Tender with a slight chew, our tangy rye bread will have you bounding out of bed. We swirl roasted malted barley flour into the dough to create a gorgeous interior marble. (V)

    Organic all-purpose flour, organic rye flour, roasted malted barley, salt.

    Reinvent your bagel lox on this loaf.

    It can be sliced, plastic wrapped and freezes well or will keep fresh for three to four days in a sealed container. 

    You can pre-order to guarantee your purchase at least 26 hours in advance. Order by 9AM the day before you intend to collect your order. Available pick up days are Wednesdays - Sundays at Miette Boulangerie. Customers who pre-order will still have to wait in line to collect their purchase.
